Near "instant" delivery of some wonderful coffees. Very impressive on both courts!

Prompt shipping (when Compass says two days, they mean it!). Aside from fast shipping, the Autumn blend is coffee perfection for the beginnings of September! I fell in love with this coffee shop off Massachusetts Ave in the lovely Spring Valley community in DC. I now live closest to the Georgetown location and the customer service in-person is just as fantastic, if not better, than online service. Get you some beans at Compass!

Excellent satisfaction with the online store! My subscription order always arrives in a timely fashion. There was a small snafu at the beginning when I was sent the wrong order for my subscription. Not only did Compass Coffee immediately send the correct coffee, they allowed me to keep the first shipment as samples to share with friends. A real class act - I highly recommend them!
