I had some difficulty placing my order using my rewards. I emailed customer service and the provided great support. They retroactively credited me and provided a detailed explanation for me on how to correctly do it next time. My box of coffee was delivered quickly and right to my door step. The Autumn blend is my favorite. It is so dark, creamy, rich and smooth. Just delicious. I look forward to it every morning!
