The address is wrong and
The address is wrong and I have been trying for a week to talk with a "human", every time I call I get the "machine" to correct it. FedEx has it out for delivery day after day at the wrong address. I tried contacting them and they said that only Comfy can initiate a change of address for delivery. James through email said he forwarded it to the appropriate department but have only heard loud crickets. I gave him 5 stars just for that. Yes we are annoyed but one day it will be delivered I'm sure. I've already paid for it right 👍.
