Cleveland Garlic Sauerkraut review
I've got serious concerns about the safety of your shipping practice--you're mailing sauerkraut with cold packs, indicating they need to be kept cool to avoid spoiling in transit. However, there is nothing at your website to indicate that your products must be kept refrigerated. I rec'd my Cleveland Sauerkraut several days late due to the USPS delivering my package to the wrong house, and the frozen cold-packs were long since ineffective. Will I develop salmonella or some other type of food poisoning by eating what you sent me? Most importantly, why do you have nothing at your website to warn consumers of the requirement to immediately refrigerate your sauerkraut, or, if it's been delayed in shipping, to throw it out?
