Tim was extremely helpful with diagnosing the problem my now-13-year-old machine was having and ordering the necessary parts to repair it. This level of after-the-big-sale support is really rare these days. You can bet Chris' Coffee will continue to be my first stop for anything I need in the future.

Chris coffee customer service is always great. I was able to talk to a tech that advised me of the part i needed to direct connect water line to my La Spaziale Dream ( lost the part during a move ) Added on some extra stuff, quick shipping and i was able to get brewing again.

Best cold brew ever. I wish the process wasn't so cumbersome, but the end result is awesome.
