It definitely makes a difference to follow the instructions- use LOTS of water and add salt. I didn’t the first time and was a little disappointed with the taste and texture. But when you follow the directions it makes all the difference! Funny how that works! 😂

Initial issue with shipment was immediately corrected. I appreciated the quick response.
