If I hadn't known that the pasta was made from peas I wouldn't believe it. Very good with meat sauce the way I had them. Makes me look at pasta differently in a good way. Thank you for the sample.

I loved this pasta. I felt like I was eating something that was good for my body. Lots of protein and fiber! This is also organic. This cooks up great. Does not turn mushy. Loving these plant based pastas.
