I must confess I was really amazed at how good this pasta tasted. I used it in a hot dish with sauted vegetables and sliced pork sausage pieces. The veggies and meat make a good sauce to go with the pasta! Love it!

These noodles are my new favorite thing! These noodles taste nothing like chickpeas and more like noodles, super filling and the texture is addicting. Easy protein with so many health benefits, thank you for these delicious noodles!

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture of this pasta and love that it has a decent amount of fiber and protein. It wasn't overly "beany" and got a thumbs-up from my husband, who usually doesn't like legume-based pastas.
