This is a great alternative to healthy pasta. It has a different texture than the ones I used but it tastes great. Great protein, gluten-free, non-GMO, and has a mild flavor that I can pair with my favorite sauces.

Love the taste and texture. Everyone in my family loves it, no complaints. Some don't know it really "chickpeas". Super fast shipping too and no broken noodles.
