I receive this product in the mail and exchange for my honest review. I really was impressed with this Chickapea Pasta they cook perfectly al dente. The sauce that I used mix nicely with the product. I like the slightly nutty flavor. I don’t prefer noodles that are mushy. I like them to retain it shape and feel. The package was very attractive. I like that it has higher protein than other pasta. Simple ingredients. Gluten-free. High fiber. Low fat and 24 g of protein per serving. That impresses me! I will buy this again.
