Product as described and fast delivery

The pan I ordered didn't arrive on time so I contacted customer service and got a super fast super courteous reply giving me the option of waiting for the pan to be back in stock in a few days or cancelling purchase. I got the pan in two days or so. I wasn't happy about the pan being late initially but was very impressed with customer service so that made up for it.
