Very pleased with my experience!!
I made 2 separate orders that were sent from France to the US. One of them sent right away and the other a couple weeks later. The first package arrived perfectly with no issue, the second package arrived a bit later but unfortunately UPS must have broken / mishandled the package because I received notification that the contents were broken and needed to be discarded.
Luckily I paid the extra $18 for Route Protection. I emailed them immediately (within 5 days) and forwarded the message I received from UPS. The Route team acted super fast to get the issue resolved and within one day a new order had already been placed free of charge. The replacement order just arrived and it everything was in order.
I was very happy with how quickly the team fixed the issue with the broken delivery. I will definitely use this service again.
