Received incorrect order. The correct packing slip was in the box, but the wrong contents were inside. We asked or a replacement, and were told that one would be on it's way, but several days had passed and we heard nothing. I had to follow up and asked when we would receive tracking, or if we could get a refund. They eventually sent us a tracking number with no explanation about the delay. I feel like there was very little concern over the fact that they made an error and that there was no urgency to fix it.
