Shipping issues
I keep getting asked to write a review So I will. I've tried it before and its great. This time, I still haven't received my pollen after ordering a month and a half ago. I reached out to customer service, they referred me to 'route protection', I can't figure out how to contact them, they just give me a tracking #, and as far as I can tell the product has still not been shipped. Not the first time I've had problems with shipping, but this time I'm not sure if anything is even being done about it.
