Hi I was hoping I
Hi
I was hoping I could share some feedback about your advent calendar. I got myself the coffee lover advent calendar with premium speciality coffee.
Overall, I must say I loved it.
- It helped me discover coffees I had never tried and regions I didn't know were making coffee.
- I discovered my new favourite coffee (Papua new guinea)
- It was super fun explaining to others around the breakfast table what that little pouch was and why I had decided to go with a coffee advent calendar (even if I had to let everyone tried my coffee in the morning hahaha - the things you do for family). I think it sparked some ideas for their next year's calendar. My parents particularly loved the pouch idea to bring with them in their motorhome.
What I think can be improved (this is me being picky but hopefully also helpful to you :) as I said, overall I loved it!! )
- On the little notebook, I noted a few things that you can look into :
1. The acidity is not mentioned on all coffee, this is important to me as I don't like the high acidity coffee so on some of these, it was a bit of a surprise.
2. I recommend that you use the justify option to align the text of each coffee description on both sides (I hope you understand what I mean)
3. I personally added my own ranking and notes every day to remember which one I liked and which one I didn't (and yes, I did make a new order for the one I liked). Maybe you want to add little stars at the top (maybe 3 or 5) so that people can 'colour' the stars they want to give each coffee every day.
4. For the Uganda coffee on DEC22, I was confused by the taste note 'natural, hand-picked sun-dried'... what notes are these? Also, the description is not great to taste the coffee. It is interesting but doesn't tell me much about what I am tasting. Same goes for Malawi for Dec13
- Finally, I was hoping to buy coffee beans of these coffee offered in this advent calendar, I was disappointed to not be able to find the exact coffee in beans form (eg, Papua New Guinea), which is a shame.
I hope you find this feedback constructive and helpful.
Best regards,
Gwendoline
