All of the items I ordered arrived in excellent conditions. Little to none wear on the outside of the box. Inside, nothing was broken, everything was sealed, and even the chocolate stayed intact despite the summer heat. The business was even kind enough to include a thank you note and pamphlet of their services. The food I purchased all tasted great as well. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in trying new Japanese foods for an affordable price and excellent service. I will most certainly be purchasing new things to try from them in the future.
