2022 was a difficult year to do on-line holiday shopping. Maybe some companies were overwhelmed after so many Brick & Mortar shopping options were lost to COVID? But Customer Service becomes especially important at times like this. Bissinger's is very sensitive to the Customer's needs. I had very negative experiences with another chocolatier, so this was much appreciated. Thank you for treating your customers as individuals, not just another dollar in the bank!

The service is always good. Shipping costs are high, but it's a perishable product so that is to be expected. I always enjoy what I purchase and enjoy giving items to my family as gifts.
