I like the fact that you are using packaging that goes through the letterbox.

Good coffee overall, excellent packaging. The flavours noted in the tasting section were quite subtle.

My voucher envelope eventually arrived on 31st December with an apology from Royal Mail as the envelope had been opened and £40 worth of vouchers removed!!! I fail to understand why you take the trouble to have the package “tracked” yet it has you TAYLORS logo and address on the front, therefore giving a strong indication as to the contents. I believe I can try to claim from Royal Mail, but I should be interested in your comments. Phyllis Pick

Coffee is well packaged and delivery is efficient but pull espresso and sipi falls we’re pretty poor coffees. The taste of rum in sipi was quite over powering frankly.pull was just bland. Not nice. Not worth the money.
