Be Fit Food

Texture of most of the meals I ordered wasn't to my liking. The meals also didn't look like the pictures on the cardboard sleeve.

Generally found food tasteless and boring. The eggs were lacking and did not reheat well.

We found the page was very average I contacted the help desk too guide me thought the process. After a considerable amount of time working thought my meal plans and the bang the web page would not take my paymenti.I then had to phone the help desk to arrange payment. Once I got hold of the help desk after phoning 3 times we had to rewrite the order again as they could not do that on the webpage. Really not sure why I bothered life is easier that this

I usually buy 14 meals , last box 7 meals .Disappointing , the choice of meals is not a strong variety and are way too spicy ! A choice of 20meals and 11 of them are way too spicy . Take out the spice and put extra herbs to enhance the taste . Packaging is very poor and containers are flimsy . The plastic cover doesn’t ever peel off on one go , needs up in broken pieces and food splatters onto table and work uniform . Container is flimsy when heated in the microwave . I would like some part of acknowledgment of feedback , thank you , Gabrielle

Every week I come across one issue or another. Delivery is terrible, packaging damaged on food, plus not enough variety of foods. Protein balls are the best item on the menu, these are just brilliant.
