Tried the chestnut this time, definitely my favourite so far, super deep and rich flavours, but only wins by a head from the eucalyptus, also great, just different. I want to try the heather next, then the lavender. Worth getting up for on a wet Monday morning!

The honey always comes brilliantly packed and in a few days.
