Hi, you definitely need to aquire a taste for each flavour, as they say, each to his own, I purchased four, chestnut, eucalyptus, thyme, and forest. The first one I mentioned is very nice, the other two is not for me, but the forest is absolutely beautiful, I would say the best I have ever tasted and I have tasted a lot of very expensive honey, I am just going to place another order for the forest plus one or two more that I haven't tried yet. That's just my taste buds.
