When I needed to reorder, the cocoa was out of stock. I asked to be notified when stock was available. Beanilla sent me an email that it was available again. Something didn't work right with the link that was sent to me and I couldn't place my order. Customer service was so helpful with assisting me with my order and I finally got my chocolate.
