The drink is good, but two of my twelve cans were exploded. I received no response to my two customer service emails while receiving an unprompted marketing email from AVEC during that time period acknowledging the issue and promising replacements.

Still waiting on the product.

Only received one of the two samplers I paid for. Zero response from customer service despite three email attempts and reaching out via instagram over the course of a week.

So far terrible service. I ordered 4 cases and only received 3 (& I wanted them for holiday parties). I immediately reached out via email and text and most recently Instagram with no responses so far. Their website has no phone number for customer support.
