Terrible service

Poor customer service... Although I do love the Yuzu-Lime, I ordered directly through the Avec website hoping it would benefit this small business by not ordering it through Amazon. I was partially shipped the wrong items and have sent two emails (as there is not a phone number) to ask that the situation be corrected. It has been over a week and a half and I have yet to hear from someone on the customer service team.

even if the product is good if the shipping and customer service sucks, you're not going to succeed in business sadly
