The shipping takes a long time and wasn't tap properly

I order sweet plantain chips and i was send 1 box of cassava chips. I have send multiple emails about this issue and nobody has responded to my email. I am really really disappointed.

Chips arrived with a very short shelf life, a month and a half which was a problem since I ordered three cases. I contacted Artisan Tropic via email and never heard back.
