I usually order your cassava chips, which I love. They arrive promptly and in great condition. I decided to try your new crackers, so I ordered 2 variety packs. They arrived, but more than half of the crackers were broken. I also was asked which gift I’d like and for the second time nothing was sent. First time I asked for a T-shirt and I followed up with an email asking what happened and then I finally received it. This time I asked for a chip clip and still nothing.

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I have consistently consumed (2) 4. 5 oz. bags of Cassava Strips per day since then. That is over 700 bags per year! I have several auto immune disorders and reactive glucose that cause me to have an extremely limited diet. Your cassava strips have been a vital part of my diet to keep my blood glucose levels stable in between meals. I ordered 4 cases of of these strips and discovered that it was not only the marketing design that changed but the actual strips as well. The new strips are now very thin and delicate with a heavy greasy taste, and most of the bag contains small broken crumbs that you would expect to find in small amounts at the bottom of the bag. This is in stark contrast to your previous strips which were large, thick and a nice crispy crunch that tasted of cassava, not grease. This has been an extremely disappointing change since I no longer enjoy eating these cassava strips that I rely so heavily on for my blood sugar. I sincerely hope this is not a permanent change and you will return to making the cassava stips the way you used to. Thank you for reading Christina Keenan

All of the cracker boxes arrived with broken crackers. Kind of a bust. Some of the pieces are so small that I’m adding them to dog food. I hesitate to purchase any more of these crackers, despite liking the taste.
