I live in Fresno, Ca. I have been in the store in Old San Diego love the place. The people very friendly and helpful. I love the tea so much that I order to have shipped to my home since I’m not in San Diego much. I have not had a problem with my orders. If they are out of a tea that I ordered they call to see if I would like a replacement or refund. Very friendly staff I have dealt with. I love tier teas and hope I can continue ordering from them.
