Tender and juicy..

My initial package was delayed due to an ice storm in the Chicago area. When they arrived the steaks were lukewarm. I called Allen Brothers friendly customer service and they sent me out another package immediately. With no delivery delay they arrived ice cold as they should. Now that is good service. Thanks to everyone at Allen Brothers. I work in shipping so I know that weather delays happen.
