My wife gets the tenderloin and I get the NY Strip. The fresh cut and Flash Frozen maintains the same quality as just fresh cut steaks , and that surprised my wife and I.

Literally the finest steak I’ve ever had at home. Even my wife who says she only likes filet mignon, said it was exceptional.

The quality of filets was excellent, as was the ease of ordering and the product packaging.
