So far I love it! The flavor is great and the texture is great. I am using it in smoothies and I'm thinking of how I can make some desserts with it. I didn't realize the bottle didn't come with it and JOI offered to send me one for free. I can't wait for coconut to come out and then I'll buy a second bottle and have two flavors!!
