Actually love the organic almond milk paste SO MUCH. I genuinely prefer this almond milk to all other organic brands I've tried (Almond Malk, Califia, Elmhurst, Three Trees). I add 8 tbsp to 4 cups of water + some salt to taste and it lasts me about a week (with daily morning lattes + daily splash in my tea), so each jar lasts me 3 weeks. It's so much creamier than the other brands and I love how it froths but isn't overly frothy. I now just weigh out 160g of the paste into my blender on a scale so I don't have to measure out all the tablespoons. Also, eliminating all the plastic waste has brought me so much joy and what makes me even happier is that the JOI sticker labels very easily remove with no leftover sticky so you can use them for bulk pantry items once empty! HUGE fan!!!!! Thinking about switching to the family size once I collect enough cute jars.
