My order arrived quickly and was packed really nicely. Everything was still frozen. I haven’t tried it all yet but so far the cheese quiche was really good.

My first box arrived in great condition, dry ice kept everything completely frozen - - very well packed. Website was easy to maneuver thru all the different options and clearly showed the macros for each selection. I ordered the 7-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner bundle. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. Meals are extremely tasty, packaged well, convenient and easy to heat. I highly recommend these delicious meals. My one request would be for a daily plan of what breakfast, lunch and dinner should be paired together that would keep / indicate 30 carbs per day and limit to below 1,500 calories in a day.
