Coffee is good, and I like the flexibility of the subscription service. But I did not like how the reduced volume of each bag from 340g to 300g without any NOTIFICATION to their "valued" customers.

Never received my coffee. Had a very difficult time getting the company to respond to my emails. They've been very apologetic when they have connected with me and assured me they would resend my coffee since my parcel appears to have been lost. Since then I haven't heard if they've resent the parcel or not.

Shipping was very delayed. I got my order almost a week later than I was supposed to :(

really don’t think a lot of care went into preparing the gift set

Honestly pretty darkly roasted for a strawberry tasting note, which left it tasting more burnt/bitter than I would have liked and made it hard to find the funk. Seems fine for milk drinks I guess.
