Coffee is great, delivery is very slow

I love the product and the mission. I’ve just had a hard time figuring out the fundraising log in since the new site was rolled out. I received a link and a response once but the link stopped working and I’ve emailed several adresses and haven’t had any success getting a response.

I have tried contacting you regarding money going back to YoungLives Jacksonville and I have not received a response. I have purchased from you so money would go back to them and it is not. Please respond.

Our experience started great. Loved the idea of supporting a great cause like young life and getting good coffee to our home. But over the past 2 months it has been a mess. Packages don’t come, if they do they only have 1 bag when we ordered several. And the company continues to charge us the full amount monthly despite the errors. Hoping they can make a change so we can continue to support them but close to calling it quits.

I was not happy to receive a 15. 00 Shipping fee for my replacement mug. It arrived broken and if I know I would have to pay the shipping 15. 00 I would not have consented to a replacement
