I love this product and used to get it from my local Sprouts market but they stopped stocking this flavor so I have to purchase it direct from the manufacturer now. My first order wasn't a great experience since the company provided 'tracking' but no actual tracking # / courier info, so when the package was marked as 'delivered,' I didn't know how to get more info when I couldn't find the actual package. I contacted the company about this and never received any response at all about my missing package. I later learned that the courier used was some courier I'd never heard of, and that they'd left the package in a hard-to-spot place in the rain. Two days later I found it, completely soaked through the disintegrating cardboard, but the product itself seemed unharmed. Still never heard back from the company about my first email to them.

Great customer service, terrible product

Shipping was somewhat quick. Not worth it.
