We used the seasoning blend in a scratch-made aioli for our ostrich burger cookout. It was very flavorful -- savory without being overly salty -- and really elevated the meal. The "AOF Aioli" was such a hit that everyone fought over the leftover sauce at the end of the night.

Loving the Ostrich oil! I got the 4oz bottle in grapefruit and it not only completely moisturizes my skin, but the aroma is so refreshing. In addition to the bottle of oil I also bought the balm in lavender that I keep by my bed for a wonderful calming scent I use every night before bed. Love this stuff.
