I ordered this for my sister and had it shipped to her. She has alpha-gal allergy. The package arrived quickly and everything was still frozen solid. She said that it is great. Ostrich meat was the best alternative to mammal meat that I could find. Now she is not stuck with just chicken and whatever turkey can be made into.
