My husband has alpha gal allergy, but I don’t do it makes nice dinners difficult. Not any more! I cooked both an ostrich strip steak and a beef NY strip, and since I could try both I can say with certainty that both the taste and texture were VERY similar! My husband was thrilled to be able to enjoy a steak again after 6 years! I took a photo of the ostrich steak next to a piece of the beef steak because I couldn’t believe how similar they were!

Easy to prepare, full flavor.

No problems at all. Well packaged.

All meats were excellent. I mixed the ground with Bison and 80 % lean organic beef. Lots of fabulous burgers!

Very lean and tasty. I didn't try any seasoning just some pepper and it was perfect. Cooked on charcoal grill.
