This was the first time that I ordered and cooked ostrich. I decided to go this route for Easter dinner because my daughter has alpha-gal. It arrived in time and was still frozen solid. I marinated it, seared it on the grill and then finished it off in the smoker. My daughter couldn't believe that it wasn't beef. I will definitely order again. I have not tried the ground ostrich steak but I'm sure that it is just as delicious.
