So far it’s wonderful. I’m enjoying the delicious and healthy meals. Not exactly inexpensive, but worth the money.

One of my meals were crushed in the box when I received it. One email to customer service and they credited that meal.

Each time I have called I get someone very helpful on the phone and they follow up with an email. I've been very impressed with BistroMD

The service was good. My money was refunded promptly when it became clear my dietary needs could not be met. Staff was friendly and courteous and tried to be helpful.
