My physician told me that I was under-hydrated and needed to drink more water. I hate drinking warm water. However, chilled water with True Citrus allows me to nurse a water bottle all-day and my hydration issues are gone.

I haven't tried a flavor I didn't like. This product is a great way to flavor your water - we all need to be more hydrated!
