I've tried many brands and settled on True a few years ago. Many brands have artificial dyes and additives which I try to avoid when possible. The flavors True has are great and taste as natural as you can get. I prefer to use one packet of flavor to 32 ounces of water, still a strong enough flavor to enjoy and I'm staying well hydrated!

I just tried the orange - now have tried lemon, lime, grapefruit, and just reordered all flavors. The watermelon was sweet - couldn't drink. I love all the above. Makes iced water taste even better. For someone who can't eat or drink anything that tastes remotely sweet, these are lifesavers and delicious!!

I really like the crystalized lime. I add it to my water and don’t need sugar. The lemonades are good too.
