I love selecting a delivery
I love selecting a delivery date using the online calendar. I was vacationing in Europe and needed to order a brisket to arrive the day I returned, not while I was traveling. It worked like a charm!

customer service is excellent because
customer service is excellent because the person answering the phone works there. 50 years ago I wouldn't have to make that statement but everything being outsourced to foreign countries today it's worth mentioning. Although I would expect them to answer their own phone.
They replaced an entire order for me when the shipper delayed a day or two in the delivery and it arrived defrosted. That was the right thing to do although I hope they didn't have to eat the cost and I hope that the shipper did.
Earlier I had trouble ordering because I had two accounts and it was getting confusing and at cross purposes and they sorted it out for me. That was all my fault by the way.
what else? They didn't offer up for me to review the sliders and the smash burgers but the fact that they are made out of 60 – 20– 20 good cuts of the animal rather than the leftover parts means that they sure taste good and it reminds me of some hamburgers I had when I was a child in the 1960s. I won't eat any other hamburger other than these. And they are an easy go to. I hope they don't change their offering because I will continue to order it.
