I absolutely love these meals for convenience and macros. If you don’t like to or have time to cook, this is the way to go. Easy breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you need it! The packaging is great and ships quickly. There are many selections and the order process is easy as can be. Highly recommend!

These literally save me! Until someone recommended icon to me, I struggled with getting lunch together for work and would ultimately make bad choices because of that that’s available. Now I never worry about that I always keep plenty of stock in my freezer ready to go.
