Very pleased with the meals . Arrived still frozen and put them in the freezer . I take them from freezer and heat them in the microwave for five minutes and they come out perfect . Just the right amount of food since I am a light eater .

You literally can’t go wrong with anything from Icon. The multitude of options from pre-designed meal plans to customized meals make meal prep/planning a cinch. And everything is delicious!

This is my first time ordering after leaving a different online prepared meat delivery company that started out great and then tanked. I am purchasing bulk proteins for meal prep and so far have been very pleased with what I have received. Unfortunately I was not happy with the veg because they were not crisp cooked the way I like it. Customer service has been great and very responsive. I will be reordering and hope to have a long standing relationship with Icon Meals.
