Lieutenant Dan got me invested in Icon Meals. So then I got a call from him, saying we don't have to worry about meal prep no more. And I said, that's good! One less thing!

I’m loving my meals. Makes life so easy with a high stress job and little two girls (3 years & 7 months). I just open the fridge, take two meals, and I am eating on plan today! Customer service is always quick to respond too, so shout out to them. They are a big reason why i am a loyal customer.

Great! Shipping is always quick

Great! Shipping is always quick when I need it. I think at some point shipping fees could be reduced but other than that no complaints.

No Fuss, Healthy & Delicious Meals

The meals are not just convenient, but delicious. There no fuss with trying to plan, prep, counting, and weighing, just pop it in the microwave and in minutes you have lunch or dinner. I love these meals!
