I called to order 2 beer clubs as presents for Christmas and was very pleased at how easy it was to do this. The representative was so helpful explaining what I would get and easily helped me do it. I wish I knew his name but he assured me he would select the right beers for the gifts I wanted to give. It was a very pleasant and reassuring experience. Ordered Gift Cards for Christmas Gifts. The only issue I had was no type of notification/confirmations are sent to let you know they were sent and received. Customer Service Dept are good
