Now I have time info to give a review. Earlier in the week I made Poke with your Albacore and Ahi tuna with lots of differant veggies 2 scoops of rice, Korean Gochujung paste, and soy sauce, sesame oil. A great way to eat the Poke. But I wasn’t in love with the Albacore. :( it has a texture that I dont care for). Now I tried small pieces for sashimi and it was outstanding.
Last night I used a recipe on your website the Aioli Salad ( kind of poke ) This time I seared the Albacore tuna in a skillet. 1.5 minutes each side, So much of a better texture for me and the taste is and was exceptionally tasty. Using butter salt and pepper only.
I had left over fish that today I made a good old fashioned tuna salad for sandwiches. It taste amazing ( dont TELL the wife ) Its for lunch today.
I will order it again, can y’all get Ahi Sushi-grade tuna? If you market it right it will be a major hit. As well as any other specialty sushi fish. Let me know please. Sushi is a money maker
