Delicious and fresh tasting!

I use to fish for albacore tuna many years ago and miss fresh on/off the boat slices of raw loins with a little soy and wasabi. Most of all I miss smoking the loins for a wonderful healthy snack. I purchased 10 lbs to try and surprise my wife for our 22nd happy day! I She loved it fresh off the grill and now I'll be smoking some soon. Can't wait!
