I received the order on time the shipping was perfect, shipped to warm Arizona with 3 blocks of dry ice and full of insulation. The Alaskan King Salmon filets were still frozen solid. The flavor was the best I have had, much better than what I have purchased at Costco. The cooked filets flaked easily and were full of natural oils giving it a great flavor.
